Michelle - Office Manager

Michelle is our smiling office manager! She has been caring for patients in the dental field for 37 years and started working for Dr. Schimon 4 years ago. She found her passion for dentistry when she took a dental assisting class in high school. She also has her associates degree in business at Henry Ford college. She loves helping patients realize that through financing options they can afford to have the smile they deserve. She was born in Dearborn Heights and moved to Macomb 20 years ago with her loving husband of 25 years. She loves spending time with her two daughters and enthusiastic dogs Ginger and Bailey. During her down time she enjoys reading, shopping and visiting Disney World which she's done over 20 times.  

Villimay - Dental Assistant and Marketing Manager

Villimay is our personable dental assistant and marketing manager! Her experience in the pharmaceutical industry has taught her a patient-centered detail driven approach to dentistry. She was fascinated by dentistry from a young age and found her interest in marketing not much later. Villimay is passionate about ensuring a comfortable experience for our patients and making a positive change in their health and confidence in their smile. She is originally from Romeo but was born here in Rochester. When she’s not with us, she is spending time with her close family and spirited cats. During her down time she enjoys caring for her pet fish and houseplants as well as pursuing a variety of artistic mediums.

Laura - General Assistant

Laura is our compassionate General Assistant! She has been with Dr. Schimon for 10 years helping in a variety of roles. Laura excels at reassuring and comforting our patients through every step of their dental treatment. She lives in Rochester and has been a realtor for the last 10 years. She is passionate about her role as ambassador of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Laura owned a daycare for 34 years and has owned a caretaking business for the elderly for the last 12. She has 7 children and 14 grandchildren who she loves spending time with. When she’s not helping people she loves traveling Michigan, gardening, and sewing.
